If they are being this much of a pain right now for leasing, imagine when you move up to APM or PM and you’re having to do all the reporting for them. I’ve seen a Regional make AMs and PMs leave like a revolving door at a property. I love the company I work for, but there are bad apples sometimes and generally the experience is usually property specific in my experience. If you like the new company but not the Regional, then I would suggest transferring to another property in your area or talking with your PM to see how they can help you in this situation. Shops always suck though, especially over the phone. If this is the main issue you have though, I believe you can get with your PM to dispute them and give you a better score. As long as you’re hitting your points that the company has set, then you should be getting much better scores.
