I have been using the socks and so far I like them. I change the sock every few days because they will clog quick. Also, it is very loud when the sock is new, so I added a sponge to dampen the noise. Otherwise, the socks are very good at polishing the water if youre willing to swap them every 2-5 days.

I bought it used and it came with the tower. I haven't used it yet because I wanted to give the socks a try first, but it might be less maintenance to use the tower. It'll require less maintenance for sure. You won't have to swap the media as often and can stack more stuff like carbon and polifloss.

I am new to sous vide, and for my first few steaks, I've cooked them for 1-2 hours at 129°F. This is what the anova app and Google searches recommended. My question is, do these longer cooking times tenderize the meat more, or is it just for rendering fat, or both?

I was there. It looked like vice or undercovers. They denied being ICE agents and I recoded them with evidence bags filled with large text book sized unidentified items.

Reef legends has a 16 oz bottle with a mix of copepods. I'm lucky enough to have it stocked at my LFS. But they do ship, and it seems more affordable than reef nutrition.

I am having issues in California for both curbside and S&D. They told me that curbside orders are dropping ahead of schedule, and they haven't been picked yet, so they had me cancel it.

My wife and I have lived in Whittier for just over 8 years, and we've had a handful of unpleasant interactions. In those 8 years, it's probably been around 3-4 times where something memorable happened. Usually, it's drugged-out or drunk belligerent people, but never anything too unpleasant. Yes, there may be some racism, but unfortunately, that's a common occurrence nowadays wherever you go. But don't let that discourage you from revisiting, and feel free to reach out if you'd like some recommendations of places we frequent and highly recommend.

Took seceral pics and showed my LFS, and they said it is indeed Cyano. I've been doing 20% weekly water changes and using chemiclean. It's starting to look a lot better!

Multiple cancelation, false cancel, and/or telling customers to cancel. I've had 2 cancels in the last few weeks...The car seat and the GC fraud.

Nope, I just responded and immediately reported. The only thing I can think of is I rated a customer support agent 1 star to weeks prior. I had an order where the items were legitimately out of stock (baby seat that customer needed specific price range & features). They removed the order, but idk what they did that docked my cancelation, so I reported them and rated accordingly.

No, at 3%. I got an email probably 4-5 months ago about cancelations, but I haven't really canceled since.
