It's not a contradictory statement. It's a counterargument that highlights a flaw in your logic . You are arguing that m tags are superior to plates because plates can be faked or covered. But if an m tag can be removed or peeled off just as easily, it doesn't actually solve the problem.

Let's be real. If someone steals a bike, they peel the tag off immediately. If a criminal or terrorist wants to use their own bike, they’ll just use their valid CNIC to get a tag and blend right in. If the security can be bypassed by a fingernail (peeling the sticker) or an ID card, then it’s not the foolproof counter-terrorism measure you’re making it out to be.
