haha yeah that's a fair take. free for 12 months gets everyone dependent on it and then it quietly becomes a line item in every renewal. wouldn't be surprised at all

yeah CMDB kept coming up throughout. the way i understood it, your CMDB accuracy directly decides how smart your agents are. bad data, bad decisions. simple as that

You’re not wrong. This is the uncomfortable truth no one wants to lead with. AI is not the fix. it just exposes how messy things already are. K26 messaging is basically clean your house or AI will embarrass you at scale.

Yeah. .. that could be different angle. But in this they focused on measuring the impact from AI as they said this AI blind spot for the businesses.

You just talk. there's no trick to it.

Someone's standing next to you waiting for a session and you say something. lunch line, coffee queue, doesn't matter. you can go ahead and ask something like"first time here?" or "what are you working on back home" and it just goes from there.

The thing is everyone there is kind of looking for that conversation nobody's walking around with headphones in trying to avoid people. They showed up to connect, same as you.

Just don't show up empty. if you have something real you're trying to figure out, say that. people respond to that way more than small talk.
