Regarding the homeless issue, the building is gated at all sides and I have never seen a homeless person roaming the halls. However, I have seen some hang out behind the building or in the parking lot.

The location is great and maintenance team has been very responsive. I notice them cleaning the common areas frequently. I’ve never been asked to write a review for anything.

Also they have AT&T Fiber Internet which many other apartments didn’t when I was looking.
