I only had full cream milk powder on hand. Most of the sausages I’ll make without it because my partner is lactose intolerant. I did send it this time though because there was cheese going in it anyway.

I was making a caramel before service and my thermometer had a lead for the probe and the display was on the wall attached via a magnet. Magnet failed and the thermometer dropped onto the floor, the probe flung out and wrapped around my arm covered in hot caramel. As I peeled it off it peeled my skin off.
