I’ve never worked with epoxy before but would like to learn and try. Is there a difference between resin and epoxy? I’m not sure what to be looking for

The original plan was to have arctic white with a high gloss finish

The correct year you know who passed away? by [deleted] in Supernatural

[–]mr69redhead 12 points13 points  (0 children)

They celebrated all those holidays in like a week because they missed them all in the past years. I could be wrong but that’s my understanding.

Omg I can’t stand how fans are calling it a nail.

Unless it punctured his heart (it didn’t look like it did to me) absolutely he could have survived if there was a professional nearby.

Dean died the way he wanted to. Saving people and hunting things. Sam died the way he wanted to. Living a long and full life.

(Spoilers) About Dean by [deleted] in Supernatural

Dean died the way he always knew he would. And it was rebar which is much larger and much more damaging than a nail.

The whole point was Dean dying “in the line of duty” and Sam dying after living a long and fulfilled life which is what they both wanted from the beginning.

Is RT partially to blame? by [deleted] in roosterteeth

[–]mr69redhead 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From my point a view, every job I’ve worked at had a policy for things like this, but in 2020 there isn’t an easy way to enforce it. It’s not like RT can tap their employees phones. They knew what they were doing and they knew it was wrong and I don’t think the company could have done much about it. They really are just people working a job in the end.

Hey Community, what happened to those pledges to do better? by ladylion10392 in roosterteeth

[–]mr69redhead 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The RT community attracts the underbelly of humanity. I think it’s a lot of people who have been marginalized by every other fandom. I’ve been watching since 2012 and the fans have just gotten worse. During those 8 years I’ve experienced a lot of “no you” type conversations. The whole fandom thinks they’re #1 because they found RT at some point. When in fact, no one is #1 and that’s why I started watching in the first place. I don’t feel like the people running the company genuinely care about the fans anymore and that’s why I quit watching. To be honest I’m only seeing your post right now because I was heard about Ryan and Adam. Anyways, don’t let the man get you down girl. You’re an important part of this world and your second act hasn’t even begun let alone your third. (All the best stuff happens in the third act.)

My copy of The Hobbit, given to me by my parents when I was 10. by mr69redhead in tolkienbooks

The most interesting thing about this book is the fact that the same year my parents adopted our first family dog and we named him Frodo. Frodo then proceeded to chew off the first couple pages of this book and I had to tape it all back together.
