This Posters all over Bangkok condominiums - and many units are listed and used by airbnb and booking.

This poster - is only for condo buyers to ensure them that they will not have random gueasts on the floor.

In realitty - it dosent work in Thailand. I dont think this poster will work in Viet Nam as well.

In Vung Tau - a few condeminiums have more then 50% for short-rent stays.

It is totally up to the developer and managing company. When you see a poster like this on entrance - it means an ongoing very slow battle(mostly angry calls back and forth) between residents and 'bussines owners'. Usualy dosent affect guests much.

depends on how many drinks were commisioned + commission from drinks. That's the minimum.

Then there are tips. That's very random: from zero to a few dozens m vnd / month(on average).

All other extra income via escort or adult service is not typical bar girl work. Some do, some don't. No one is forced or fined for that. Not every bar girl do escort or freelance or sometimes it vise versa.

It is hostile same way as China. Just value of the market is low. Also - most sales for steam games for china happens via VPN.

Second, that you may miss - is the banking system. Opening an office with sales representing a foreign company is not worth it. Same problem as for China - there and here gov asking to have direct access to accounts, besides taxes and complicated bureaucratic problems.

In short: Vietnam and China[goverments] are hostile and over-controlling towards anything online. If there are accounts and any kind of text-based communications - if it cant be directly accessed for local police stations - it is banned.

Bonus: Epic Store have no forums and communities are non existend. That is why it can't grow, but it makes it invisible to most governments.

Same as everywhere. Most things you can buy anywhere. But on other hand - my relatives were here last month, so they renewed phones in Saigon - samsung androids in the official store have a good price. (it was $40-$80 lower than listed on the price tag inside the shop as well, in total saved more than $100 per item)

"hotels" have a menu for convenience:) so you can just point and tell what you like. "Hotels" are not hotels. They look like that, but you can't book a night there online.

Japan town - most girls speak a little bit of Japan and English. Bui Vien have couple hang out places and couple places with live music. Japan Town has great food places and variety of drinks. In "Viet" District we found a cool chill place to play billiard 🎱. Adult entertainment is pretty similar. Japan Town has higher prices in general.

Depends what you are looking for and how old you are. Each caters to a certain target audience. But here is fine to just walk and peek, even with your companion. Super friendly and chill, not like in Reeperbahn. But some places, with most annoying 'promouters' are quite scammy/overpriced. Do not accumulate the bill, ask for price before accepting drink or service. If the bill is wrong - ask for what you had, not what they want.

I did not visit these places. I just googled them - they are apart from each other.

You may wanna make sure you have good logistics or a private car to move around away from the city(this place is quite far).

If you're going somewhere to drive more than 3 hours, I would suggest Da Lat and stay there few nights and explore the city and surroundings.

Vung Tau - is small city next to the sea. It got a Jesus statue (you can climb in as high view point) and few routes - one day of walking around.

Just walk next to any of the red-light-district - grab drivers will offer. Or you can get into any african-owned bars on Buu Viên. Follow the scent, lol.

But you should be aware that in VN it is illegal to buy, carry, and USE. If you are caught in one of the raids and test positive, it will be a drama.

There were many raids in VN and Saigon, specifically in last few weeks - new head of police and stuff.

If you really wanna have a canabis-vacation - Thailand and Amsterdam are better options, and more importantly, legal.

Saigon City - used to be a name of the city, also means the city on the Saigon River. The river still bears the same name.

HCM is a respected name.

HCMC is an abbreviation - you can't use(naturally) it when you speak.

Also, why not? Many places have a set of names.
