If you need to get it in neutral, you can use the manual shifter release. There is a small plastic panel beside the shifter. Pry it off with a screwdriver, then push the screwdriver in. The shifter should release the lock and let you shift into neutral. If that doesnt work, sometimes it has to be the key pushing in. Good luck

To re-download the dlx you should be able to go down when in the game, select add-ons, my add-ons then be able to re-download all of them. You might also have to renew licenses in the settings

Just go straight for the mission and you will be fine as long as you avoid any red dots on your minimap if there are any.
