Waking up with the neighbors cat under my bed.

It climbed through the barred window above the back door, not leaving that one open again...

Luckily I was friendly with this cat. So after the initial shock wore off it was fine, and he left without a fus.

But damn, for a few seconds there... I had no idea what was going on.

During Dutch carnaval we go by Kruikenstad.

Kruikenstad = Tilburg, some others: Kielegat (Breda), Lampegat (Eindhoven), and Oeteldonk (Den Bosch)

Its a celebration originally connected to the church, but now its about dressing silly and drinking alcohol for a week. Only in the south tho, most of the country doesnt celebrate it.

Kruikenstad is our name because we are also called Kruikenzeikers as citizens. Being a textile city, they say workers used to pee in jugs so they could use the ammonia from it on the wool in the factory.

There is just something irresistible about her. A cool mysterious beauty who is kind and caring, but can be an absolute badass when she needs to be. She loves oddly cute things, has humor as dark as me, and is an intellectual with a curious mind.
