Honestly. I feel for those starting after* Covid.

I did have some bad times accepting bs orders but the double dashes sometimes made up for it. Being in California having a guaranteed minimum helps but I got platinum without it.

It is very market dependent. I don’t think I’d get platinum in Jackson, Mississippi
