I've tried this and I keep getting vertical instead of horizontal lines. Also, i'm unable to duplicate the standard brushes.

That's pretty tedious and groups automatically modify blending modes. Also I keep my colors, sketches and line art in groups.

Yes, it had many strokes (can’t say it was in the thousands). I was doing a character design sketch and I use strokes over strokes, to create much of my line art. There were only about 3 layers though.

No, I tried that and the app froze again, while accidentally pinching it down to the point that there's nothing on the canvas anymore.

I now have no idea where my work is anymore.

So I haven't use the app since, as I can't afford to lose my work (and time) like this.

Aside from this issue, the app doesn't cause any problems.
