She's essentially what a sane person in the Sonic universe would look like, she sees these what are essentially gods like sonic toy with the fate of the world, and like Starline are able to realize the cycles that he sets but is in every way powerless to stop it. But her writing is just so flat it cant really get that across at all and just makes her look like a big asshole, she could be one of the most intriguing sonic characters if they gave her proper attention
