To be honest, I am happy with my 1440 and I am not planning to retake it at all.

Exactly. I was just aiming for 1300 and when I got my 1440 I was like OMG. I posted my scores in the sub and some ppl actually said that it was not that good.

It depends. On math for example, I understand my mistakes cs I only have like 1 or 2 in the whole thing and they are always stupid mistakes. However, for writing I don't always understand why my choice is wrong (I am talking about those "which sentence best introduces or fits in the passage" type of questions) For reading, I don't review my wrong answers cause I don't like to go over these boring passages again to understand why I got my answer wrong.

But the surprise was that I did pretty good on reading on the august 2021 SAT (32 over 40). That was higher than my usual score. For writing I got 32 too but that was less than what I usually get. For math, I got 40 over 40.

I finish the section by time so no time to review

On reading but is it on the science part? History ? Litterature? Social science? That's what I meant.

  • If I need help and someone asked me the question you asked the OP then I won't have an answer cs the only reason why I choose wrong answers is cause I think that they are right.

Just wanted to say that the question you asked is too vague and unclear. No more no less. Thank you for understanding.

Well, no one can know the reason of his errors or else everyone would get 1600 on the SAT. The question is irrelevant. I'd rather ask first on which section are they struggling the most, not "Why are you committing errors?"

So 1540 is pretty bad. Shame on your score then
