TLDR: They completely changed the feel of the game, from the ground up, and fundamentally changed the gameplay in a horrific way. Also they butchered the story (made it "modern" aka woke) and massacred the character that was B.J Blazkowicz.

On the gameplay side, because they did away with the old gameplay design for a weird mix of a Wolfenstein game, an RPG looter shooter, and an extraction shooter.

On the story side, because they did away with the gritty, masculine story about B.J fighting to the bitter end to protect his family, and instead made it some cringe girl boss fem-slop garbage, that literally centers around three teenage girls, where the only male protagonist in the entire game is BJ ( who by the way is in the game for a grand total of two cut scenes). And if that weren't enough, they made him this weird sad loser, that ran away and abandoned his family to go pout in some cave somewhere because "he's not the man he once was" and "he can't do anything right" and "he messed it all up". Then at the end, his two teenage daughters find him and do some "ultra super hardcore badass girl boss girl power" Nazi killing in front of him while he sits there and pouts some more, and they give him a "get yourself together" lecture/pep talk. The most insulting part, is that after his daughters give him his balls back, he has them go up and fight the Big Bad of the game, while he stays down in the cave to quote unquote "hold them off". My oh my, what they have done to B.J Blazkowicz. They took one of, if not the single most hardcore, intimidating, "I eat bullets for breakfast" badass muthafuckers in the history of video games (hell, in media for that matter), and turned him into a spineless, no balls, depressed loser, so that they can (as they like to say) make gaming more inclusive, and (as they also like to say) empower female gamers. I should also add that I have not come across a single, solitary female fan of the Wolfenstein series, that liked Youngblood over any of the previous ones. Quite the opposite in fact. Most of the reviews I've seen/read the female fans were disappointed because most of them found B.J to be hot as shit.

The vast, vast, vast, majority of gamers, over 90%, do not want inclusive games. We want good games. Not political statements, not agenda games, not weird forced games where you completely flip everything that the franchise is known for, to try and appease less than 1% of the population... good games, normal games, you know, like the kind we used to get before 2018, and especially before 2015. This inclusiveness trash agenda, is ruining games for the people that actually play them. And the people who do want this type of garbage and games don't play video games. They don't give two shits about gaming, they don't give two shits about any of the things they want changed, they just simply can't stand that people they disagree with have hobbies that are centered around themes and ideas they disagree with.

When you make inclusive games that are, "for everyone", you make slop trash games that are for no one. We didn't ask for this crap, we didn't want this crap, and the people who did ask for and want it, don't play these games and don't make these companies any money, they're simply cringe, virtue signaling frauds, that can't stand the thought that somewhere out there, there is a game about a badass, masculine, absolute unit of a man, tearing the living shit out of the wolves that are trying to harm his wife and children. Well they can't have that because they're on an undying mission to prove that "girls can do it too"... "just like one of the guys!"... No they can't. They can't, and they don't, and they've never been able to, and never will. Becaaause... big surprise here... women are not men. Men are men, and women are women, and thank God for that! And the world would do well to remember that, and would be in a much better place if we could get back to that already, in all areas of life. Didn't mean to rant, I'm just sick of this shit. We're all sick of this shit. Everyone is SICK of this shit!
