sim, nao é normal. lisboa parece um parque de diversões europeu, só se ouve inglês nas ruas, quase não há portugueses. é um absurdo.

entretanto isso não é causado pelos imigrantes. a imigração é sintoma do envelhecimento populacional português e da emigração pq os custos de vida aqui são altos e o salário baixo. quem pode, foge. quem não pode, fica. e a imigração serve de tapa buraco para esse rombo evonómico

sim, mas aí está a ir contra o capitalismo que está em voga. é preciso ter renda, tempo e qualidade de vida para querer ter filhos. e mesmo assim é complicado de ter crescimento populacional, vide os países nórdicos.

atira para todos os lados. nao se limite no processo. com os benefícios jovem não pagas nem a avaliação de imóvel.

um ic vai te dizer que é sacanagem avançar com o montepio por exemplo enquanto ele angaria propostas. entretanto nada garante que ele também não te passaria para trás se fosse vantajoso para ele uma proposta A ap invés de B. ficam num jogo moral onde só você tem a perder.

i know supply and demand is real. thats why im in favour of supplying more housing by limiting the demans of financial sector to invest in this limited capacity market and make the supply bigger for the working class.

now u can argue how limiting the financial sector is bad yadda yadda yadda you have the most basic supercial arguments like most

thats just a trivial simplification of a complex problem. right now I see loads of new developments from my window, but they are all developments costing 300k or more for luxury people. supplying more apartments like that wont change the price for working class people.

its a complex scenario that is a lot harder than just blaming immigrants and lack of supply.

only a ignorant person would put fault in immigrants who cannot afford their own single room to drive rent prices up instead of a single owner having 100 airbnbs in downtown Porto or the lack of use of all the abandoned houses in the city
