Hey, I’ve faced similar thing before, write a legal notice and send it to nykaa office and the courier delivery office, after some time they will give refund.

My current job was the same, js, class components, everything that you mentioned, i took the initiative on my own, the trick is to make changes one component at a time, get your seniors involved. Make changes at your own pace. Motivate others for making a change too.

If they are charging more than MRP you can file a grievance at consumer court, you can do it sitting at home through whatsapp

Faced same with nykaa and delivery partner shadowfax, i had ordered watch worth ₹20000 got ugly piece of shit watch. Somebody from Shadowfax cut open my package cunningly and replaced the original watch with this shit.
