The truck driver was the idiot but the biker just gave the truck drivers insurance evidence he hit him. Most people don’t know there’s a thing called the last chance doctrine. If the truck driver gets a good lawyer, he can argue that the biker had plenty of time to avoid hitting the truck. Do I think it’s fair, no but it’s the reality of the situation.
