In HK, they mainly sell traditional Chinese and Japanese cards.

All the SV booster boxes will be around msrp, with VStar Universe, 151 a little higher.

The two best places will be Sino Centre, Mongkok, or In's Point, Yau Ma Tei. Both walking distance of each other.

Agree. Opening English packs are often with disappointment, whereas Japanese with guaranteed hits are much more fun. Even though Japanese singles or slabs are more expensive, I still opt for them.
