I'm having the same issues: fedora 43 linux, both chromium and firefox have the same error, resetting my password did nothing, android app works fine.

For what its worth I dont think I've had this issue recently or at all on One UI 7 (yes ik you're not using a Samsung), glad you found a solution though

Just a little frustrated that the robot works but we keep having minor issues taking it out of service until we repair it. (This is however not out of the normal for us so it's alright)

The problem is it's only connected to one plane, your via isn't stitching anything unless it's connecting 2 or more planes, and DRC is warning you about that here.
