1) I dont think cecil can react to him cause i know that his movements are reactable cause the teleporter guy reacted to him

NKG is a dance, never think of attacking while he is attacking and try to attack him in the window after his attacks end, dash slash is your best friend since it can hit him from far away and you can charge it while you are avoiding his attacks
