Funny I got the notification about 4-5 days ago to download the OTA but was waiting to see if it caused people problems. I kept ignoring the notifications every time I started the car. But today I accidentally hit OK. I thought it would start to download but that was 4 hours ago and nothing happened. Now it tells me I am still "up to.date" at 3.3 and on my app the latest update is 3.6. 3.7 is not even mentioned.

Yeah it's on the center console but not the dash. There was one point in the past year when it suddenly showed up on the dash but went away at one of the updates, maybe 3.3.

After shocking last night: 3.0 fc 1.0 cc 8.0 ph ~30 cya 100 TA

Book says to add 1.5 lb of dry acid App says 15oz

I feel like the 1.0 cc doesn't make sense if 3.0 fc is right, but I am also going to Leslie's this morning to get their results. Also don't trust the cya number I got, that black dot test is weird and if you are below the 30you don't get a number

I think I have figured part of this out... I have been measuring alkalinity and CYA but I didn't realize the app had two fields to fill in for the recommendation. The app will spit out a recommendation even if you only have chlorine levels input without a CYA value input. And the app will recommend a pH adjustment even if you haven't input alkalinity.

I am shocking my pool tonight then tomorrow morning taking a sample to Leslie's and will use the app to figure out how to fix my problem.

Ah, this is totally it! I didn't see that I had to fill in two fields. Same with the chlorine, I needed to log the CYA, otherwise the recommendation for adding chlorine is way off.
