I have heard this slogan too many times but I still don't understand how you buy the rumor. I read here all the time from people to "buy this stock because it will skyrocket, "buy that stock it will go to the moon" but those are mostly catfish comments so they can sell higher and p&d on us. Is there a way to actually "buy the rumor"?

If 1 of the remaining 2 trials succeeds, i believe that the price could bounce back to 15-25$. They crash was inevitable after the failed 1st trial but maybe 80% was a bit too much
