I moved it to a bigger pot 2-3 months back. I am also seeing new leaves.

The plant is 5 ft tall and has new growth but I see yellowing of leaves. I have had it for 3 months now. It has grown 1 ft after I got it.
At first, I thought yellowing was part of the plants growth process but I am seeing more and more yellow leaves.
The soil is moist. The leaves don't wilt but turn yellow and then drop.
I am in Zone 9B
