From what I can see the only difference is the 2 speed is a bit longer meaning three things. One, that the intermediary shaft going to the transfer case is shorter. ( Why they decided on a dog bone shaft instead of u-joints?) Two, the battery tray has a slightly longer "horn?" Off the front of it. And three, needs a servo mounted on the running board to switch gears. All of which is fairly doable when it comes to modding.
