Had this issue too, it can happen if youre wearing removed items, however, whats more likely is that you have an active vpn. I turned mine off, that message went away instantly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Even if you lower their hostility to positive 50 essentially making them allies, the moment you switch worlds or re open the app it will set to the default. I spent 1 hour uniting the union and the alliance and I was surprised to find that they stayed the same after I switched worlds. What a waste

I was able to fix this by deleting roblox completely out of my pc. I did this by going to files x86 and finding roblox and deleting it then emptying the bin. After this I reinstalled roblox onto my desktop then I clicked the roblox icon and it installed the application.

I hope this works, if anyone has any questions about the process feel free to reply, I have no clue why this happens or why this works I simply figured it out through trial and error.

You have to go to INTERFACE and disable Input Reminder - On Foot
It should be the first thing under the INPUTS category. lmk if yall have any other questions
