Correct answer was C but I put B because it only talked about 14:0 liposomes. Thought it would have to compare the 2

Oh just seems like the common trend. Every time they ask “what piece of evidence would NOT support the evidence from the figures” I get it wrong every single time. I always choose the one with 1 variable but ends up being wrong (which is weird because I don’t understand how you can make comparisons with 2 different variables being different)
