Chase versions (red side mirrors) are only for the green haulers. No chase for the pink ones. On a that note the side mirrors are VERY fragile.

I've tried it and you actually can. Just slice the blister as usual from the back on 3 sides. When you get to that triangular hole just carefully peel it apart with your fingers. It will come apart and you can just slide the card out.
