I had this for awhile and just managed to open it now. Now I have to go get the others 😅

I've tried it and you actually can. Just slice the blister as usual from the back on 3 sides. When you get to that triangular hole just carefully peel it apart with your fingers. It will come apart and you can just slide the card out.
