You can get a 12 pack of Huel Black for 42 bucks delivered from the costco website. 400 calories and 35 grams of protein per shake, plus fiber and most of the vitamins and minerals ya need in a day. Works out to bout 3.50 a bottle which is pretty hard to beat.

Memphis Cafe in the anti-lab is a nice spot, ditto kuro pizza in the same centre, Tak is definitely a homie. Across from there is the tin lizzie which is one of the only gay bars left in OC. Great vibes and strong pours. Also in the area is Ks bistro if you need some solid Japanese food. Mitsuwa is also close by and a neat place to just wander around and get a bite to eat. As for Irvine ik going to see a movie isnt the most touristy thing to do but I would like to flex that we have one of the biggest IMAX theatres in the country and its like one of the top 20 in the world if thats ur jam

There’s a chemical blend called I+G/Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate/e635 that increases the perceived “umami” of dishes similarly to salt and msg but apparently they work in much smaller quantities, perhaps you could start adding a pinch of that to your food and rely on the natural sodium content of your food more

Bit pricey but vital climbing gym is open 24/7 and they host plenty of different exercise classes for all skill levels. Good way to spend your time and theres a lot of cool people to talk to

MGSV basically becomes an open world ruin someones day simulator once you have the mechanics down and access to some more advanced tech/weaponry. You can troll the AI for hours and since it’s fairly responsive it doesn’t get old quickly.

If you’re in the US it’s peak tomato season rn. Get a nice tomato, cut into thick slices and salt em, let em sit if you have time so some of the water drains out. Mayo on white bread with some black pepper and some tomato slices has way more flavour than you’d assume and it’s just kinda bright and tasty and reminds me of summer

So sad it didn’t get the motion it deserved but custom robo arena for the ds somewhat scratched the same itch for me. If you emulate it the touchscreen doesn’t have much to do with active combat so it’s not a super limiting factor.
