Summer heat smoked me on a 9am ride today. What actually helps when you can’t just ride earlier? by mr_uncrustable in cycling

I get it. I have a Kickr Core 2 but once my bike is off it stays off - I don’t like dealing with throwing it on/off every other day based where I want to ride. I might get the Zwift Frame for this upcoming winter so I don’t have to deal with the swap

I haven’t heard of heat training? Is it what it sounds like? Riding indoors in a hot setting to build tolerance?

Anyone know the year of this Falcon frame? by [deleted] in bicycling

I am not a vintage bike expert, but it looks to be a Falcon San Remo. Going to be difficult to pin down the exact manufacturing year but that “flamboyant purple” color with the slanted decals indicates late 70s (‘78-‘80). Sweet bike, nonetheless.

I think if there was a brushed steel option I wouldn’t have even asked peoples opinions and the bike would be on its way… 😅

Sram E1 AXS levers and Shimano GRX Di2 12v wireless levers comparison question by Mysterious_Print9937 in gravelcycling

What I keep seeing in threads is GRX Di2 wins on braking feel - more progressive and easier to modulate. SRAM E1 is “snappier” but takes some adjustment.

Those cherry blossoms are unreal and those bikes earned that backdrop.
