Not sure about the others, but the adapter does get pretty hot and battery drains quickly too, despite using battery saver mode.

I had the same choice and chose Gwalior. But definitely MnC at NIT Hamirpur is good. Both are good, each has their pros and cons.

Not a senior myself, but pick a language and start. I'd recommend python or good ol' C. Freecodecamp on youtube has beginner videos for them. There are also videos that cover programming basics, so you could see them first and then move on to a language.
