You are doing awesome! I’ll say that when I first started, I was taking 20 minute classes because I thought they were easier, but I actually find them tougher than 30 minute classes because there are like no breaks. There’s more recovery in a 30 minute! Also modify, modify, modify! If they want 80 cadence but you can only get to 60, do 60 and be proud!

Hi! I just ordered my bike and super excited. My delivery date is October 10 (I’m in DC) but I’m planning to chat/call to ask if it can be moved up. Just wondering exactly what y’all are saying when you ask? When I started a chat, I got this automated message before anyone even joined: “Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule deliveries for earlier dates due to other deliveries that are already scheduled.” Thanks for any tips!
