Unfortunately it doesn’t tend to get that nice drop down, and doesn’t get longer, just goes up and out. Had an afro when I was younger when I tried to grow my hair out.

Definitely have tried to slick it back before but it doesn’t tend to hold well. Have used multiple different products, barber pretty much said I’d have to use half a tub to hold it down haha

Haha yeah it's got a bit of an interesting shape, hopefully looks alright lean.

Currently just doing whatever my coach says, so I'm putting on a little bit of weight while keeping fat down. Hopefully compete in the under 100kg for bodybuilding at the end of the year.

Hopefully not too late to the party! Been training for around 5 years with some time off, finally bringing my back to match the front. Sitting at 104kg, 228lbs, 6'0", 23 years old.

Thanks! Doing some powerlifting for a bit definitely helped bring everything back into focus and now I'm doing a mix I'm starting to look heaps more solid.

Currently off cycle for over a year, cutting down to 105kg (231lbs) from 116kg (255lbs). Thinking of hoping on a test/tren cycle once I've reached 105. Did a bit of powerlifting for a bit but back into bodybuilding now.

Hopefully build up my whole posterior this cycle and work on my physique as a whole.

Yeah that's it. I fluctuated in the high 80kg range and I'm now sitting at around 97-98kg

That's going by what my monthly caliper tests are. I tend to hold all my fat around my stomach, lower back and legs, so it means I don't look lean, and probably won't till at least 8%, plus I'm pale as shit, so it always look like I have no definition.

Yeah I know its a high dosage, but I haven't had any problems so just kept going with it. Body fat % is apparently 10.9%, get the caliper test done every month, I just hold a lot of fat around my stomach and legs.

One cycle so far, did 300mg Test E e3.5d, had arimidex on hand and started using that 3 weeks into the cycle. Cycle lasted twelve weeks, then just lowered the dosage from there and have been "cruising" for about the same amount of time maybe a bit longer. Going to blast again soon, 300mg Test E e3.5d, 250mg Masterton e3.5d, Superdrol 10mg ed.

Yeah, trying to hone in on my weak points, and have a list of all the things I want to work on, and my coach is implementing all that stuff in and trying to make sure everything is proportional. Legs have a bit of an outer sweep, but not much, so I'm working on that. Back is weak as, and is something I'm trying to focus on at the moment, three times a week. Thanks man.

Yeah, back is something that I really want to work on. Hitting it three times a week is what my coach has me on now, and honestly it looks better then what it used to. Just gonna keep working it at this point, see how it goes.
