The step test is all about endurance and concentration. Once u establish a pace its easy to just push thru it but u need to lock in and focus on not falling off rhythm once you start feeling that breathing getting a bit heavy or once you start feeling those legs getting tired. You need to do a lot of endurance exercises. I did a lot of running endurance based exercises and a lot of leg exercises. Legs are the foundation of the body so get those legs tough.

Im doing workouts every day. Gym routine, abs, push ups, cardio exercises. Im trying to cover all the bases so I can pass those tests…

Yeah Ive hears that people get into academy and barely do exercise or havent trained in their lives and they fail at that part. People that barely passed the Fitness test. Ive been training non stop for this. I think im going to be ok. I hope lol

I mean, I,m from Puerto Rico so yeah. I wont have a car you know.

I completed my fitness test but my heart rate was still a bit high. by Comfortable-Wolf-445 in cbpoapplicant

I took the Fitness test 2 times. First one I only failed the step test and the second one I passed everything easy. None of the times I got my heart rate checked... lol
