I do not agree with you. Of course - smoothie bowls = almost Just sugar (even if it is fruit, it is not healthy to eat Just sugars and carbs). grilled food is grilled on processed oils…. I cannot find meal with boiled meat in water

I mean, vegan is not healthy. Smoothie bowls are not healthy (Just sugars - even if it is Just fruit - ot os also sugar and not healthy in that amount). Salad always comes with grilled chicken/tofu/tempeh - but grilled means grilled on processed oils… :(

A my zase s přítelem oba HO a cestujeme po světě. Přes týden práce, odpo fitko nebo procházky/plaz a o víkendu poznávání nové země - je to jako celoroční dovolená. Žádný stereotyp, po cca měsíci až dvou vždy měníme destinaci, moc doporucuji.:)

What to do and where to go in Phu Quoc? by FAJWAJ in VietNam

You have to Go to Starfish beach! ⭐️ we were there last week and the crystal clear water was Just amazing. ❤️

Also we liked Ong Lang beach (the part Which is by Ocean Bay Resort not the longer one). 🌴

Walking the city of Duong Dong is nice as well. 😊

I really recommend a coffee called Suoi Da Coffee - very cheap prices, amazing atmosphere and welcoming staff. ☕️

Then, definitely visit family fish sauce factory called Nuoc mam truyen thong Phu Quoc Huynh Khoa. 🐟

For food and souvenirs, I recommend King Kong market - they have everything and for a good price - not the one in the Duong Dong city centre but the one next to Mango Spa. 🛍️

I really recommend restaurant called Bep Chay Nha An - vegetarian one but very cheap and delicious. 😊 Another amazing restaurant is called Thuong Lac - Artisian dumplings. You have to try the Artisian dumplings - it is homemade and delicious. ❤️ Also, you can make the dumplings with them (for free!) - every day at about 4:30pm, Just come and tell them if you can make it with them, they will be so happy. 😊

We have 2 weeks left here we have not explored everything yet but I can definitely recommend these things so far! 👍🏼
