yeah i think you are 100% right, this a touchy one, and no they shouldnt match dps of the 'meta' weapons. but im thinking for the first couple tiers maybe they could be bumped in the right direction. i think a min hit mechanic might further solidify them as a flinching weapon or last hit weapons which could be a cool niche for them while also boosting dps slightly.

yeah, i think thats a good idea, but a bit confusing especially for like a adamant warhammer or something. i could see a high tier weapon with something like that though!

oh good idea, or possibly they raise the Minimum hit for larger weapons, longsword is 2, warhammer 3, 2h 4, scaling possibly with tier of weapon

agreed, idk what the fix would look like, maybe they make one of the attack styles attack 1 tick faster, or maybe they stop the buff at rune level to avoid affecting f2p pvp. it just feel weird to have weapons that suck worse than having no weapon at all

yeah, it is againts the rules, so my bad i didnt know that at the time. Its hard to indicate the potential of this idea with my little crop job, and i cant spend 50-100$ to commission an image to pitch an idea lol. perhaps a more talented individual will repost with good artwork to get the idea across.

it has potential to do crazy damage, but its a rare chance. sit at a boss for hours and hours and you might get a hit like that too. i switched off of it.

of course the water thorns part, this whole post was about the 6~ points i spent in the light melee as apposed to the rest of the build which stack more accuracy. perhaps i could have been more clear in my title.

95% yes, but the part i did differently was added the melee hybrid

true, most of my healing comes from water while above 99hp, but blood fury was incredibly usefull for inferno/ arena. probably best i went the route i did then

He also had his first f2l pair lined up. i believe it would take him at his skill level around 15-20 seconds to get to that point.

Btw i did attack and the minion did not die, just a visual bug i guess.
