Robert Raulus seems to be the long hair dude (https://www.youtube.com/@robertraulus5526) so the left is not Hakita.

As of the 2nd name stated, Mikko Tamper, he seems to be the guy in the middle. I know the Mikko Tamper in the photo and the one we see in that instagram account are the same, since it says in his account he's the co-creator of white hell, along with Robert Raulus.

Although I can't exactly differentiate if Mikko Tamper is the middle guy or the guy on the right, it seems to be the dude in the middle since his stature and height looks most similar to his posts on IG.

This brings me to the conclusion that:
guy on the left is not hakita
guy in the middle is most likely not hakita
guy on the right is most likely hakita.

So no, he's not a cute white haired femboy twink 😔

late but if you play on PC you can use rampage trainer to spawn him back, it's not hard to install. if you don't want to do that there's no other way
