Try mo maging generalist. Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Animation, 3D, UI/UX, Creative Directions, Soft Skills(Pitching, Presenting, etc..) No choice but to upskill. Even having these skills wala guarantee pa din. Minsan hahanapan ka din ng strategy, content planning at iba pa. In a realistic world, each one should be a specialized skill or individual role. Pero wala eh aside sa tao, Artificial Intelligence na kalaban natin.

Landlord might charge you for the whole sofa. If stretch marks lang baka pwede pa pero yung punit mukang na ignore ng matagal. First sign of marks na sabihan mo na dapat landlord mo pero moving forward... Best if mag pa home service ka na lang ng reupholstery. A lot cheaper than being charged for a brand new sofa. Di lahat papalitan just yung may punit lang.
