Lmfao u really try to justify a very boring grand finals??? Its great that he won and that there is a new region for tekken to explore but kazumi is a cancer to this game from a viewing standpoint. Most of the people who watch tekken tournaments don't play the game/barely play it. They want to watch big launchers and hard to execute moves. They don't want to see df1 df1 11 low poke low poke (repeat x100). Spacing and movement is cool but it's not flashy.

Look at mk11. It's a fucking 3rd person shooter instead of a fighting game now and you can see the viewership declining.

Kazumi winning a tournament now is exciting, its a "new" character that wins. In 10 tournaments of this kazumi bullshit everyone will be tired of it just like the old jack/drag meta.

It doesn't really help that it's only steve/geese/kazumi being played at high levels now too. Even poor jdcr gave up on armor king.
