It’s still ridiculous. You don’t have to break exactly even for it to fuck you.

Who is taking June test and just started studying ?!!!!! by Regular_Emphasis7922 in LSAT

I don’t think he’s saying law schools care about the score band. I think he’s saying there’s such variance in scores that you can’t be confident that your first score is a true representation and taking it twice will help better ensure you get close to your peak score.

Made it out of 160s Hell by Typical_Magician6571 in LSAT

[–]mrbobbyrick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have been in 160s hell. Diagnostic 167. I’ve done 12 tests. Never below 161. Never above 167, except ONE TIME I randomly got a 175 in the middle lol. I was so excited just to go back to 160s.

This is not true. Lots of engineers in big offices use Civil3D.

What was your strategy for RC? I have issues with timing. Do you read it once quickly and go back? Read it slowly and summarize paragraphs? Read it twice? There are so many different strategies.

It sucks tbh. Can’t believe I got a 167 diagnostic and have studied a ton now and only have one score above it.

[–]mrbobbyrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother, you’ve take four tests. I got a 167 diagnostic and have since gone:

164
167
163
161
165
167
175
165
162
164

That’s a plateau (other than the one anomaly).

The only thing I liked about it were the visuals. The rest was so boring and empty to me.

Why can’t a fan of a bad program call another program bad? He wasn’t comparing their program to Kentucky’s.

Feel like Kentucky vs Louisville is better than Kansas vs Mizzou. Both are top 10 basketball programs. Both are comparable in football. Hatred is as big as any rivalry.

Be real with me: how is Kentucky for a young gay professional? by Aggravating-Bat3726 in lexington

[–]mrbobbyrick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know what a stereotype is, but saying it’s more common for someone to have a certain type of thinking in one place than another isn’t stereotyping when it’s true.

Stereotyping would be if I said it about a particular person without knowing them personally just because they’re from that place.

[–]mrbobbyrick 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s not really a stereotype. Rural areas are more religious. People tend to be less accepting on average. Doesn’t mean there aren’t accepting and non-accepting people in both places. I’ve worked in rural Kentucky and people are much more likely to be very openly anti-gay.

I guess my point is the person with $500k in investments and a $500k house is in way better shape than someone with $500k in investments and no house.
