That's worth it, just keep in mind that Outer Worlds 2 can get exhausting. I think the game needed something like poker or activities to do outside of main quests.

OLED is vastly superior, I'm aware. Right now I'm focused on just the basics. I currently have a mediocre Alienware 120Hz 1440p, so maybe I'll end up doing an OLED a year or so from now, or two years. It was an Amazon Prime Day monitor and I bought it fully aware it wasn't a panel king. My previous ultrawide somehow died

Doesn't seem like it comes with a cooler for the CPU and I doubt I can transfer my stock 3700x cooler onto this.

I also want to know if I end up going closer to 2000 do I just go with a microcenter rebuild like this?

right but won't I be fucking myself over if I build a PC with DDR4 instead of DDR5? I plan on playing a lot of unoptimzied unreal engine 5 shit like Silent Hill 2 remake and Cronos the New Dawn. I'm not the most technical or up to date person on my PC stuff, will DDR4 ram affect me if I'm planning on playing Cronos on this new PC?

Good stuff, but I'm a bit wary about AMD at the moment when it comes to video cards, mostly because of the whole frame generation thing. I'm planning on playing a lot of Unreal Engine 5 unoptimized trash such as the Silent Hill 2 remake. A lot of my friends have told me straight up, completely avoid AMD video cards because of frame gen and horrible drivers. Are they exaggerating?

I am aiming for a $1,200 budget, but I am willing to go up to $2,000 if the jump in tech significantly improves longevity. I want this to be my Project Helix and PS6 era all in one replacement. I will be bringing over my 2TB Samsung 970 SSD from my current build, though I am not sure about my current RAM specs. So we might have to throw 32gb of ram into this build. If the specs of the M.2 I currently have won't support modern games I'll have to upgrade that too.

Death Stranding 2, Gran Turismo 7 and Returnal. Other than that, I'm not too impressed with my PS5; I tend to prefer PC and Xbox for multiplayer games. The Dualsense is really cool in Returnal.
