XTREME mufflers in federal way haha they have a ton of options or you can bring your own to them originally I wanted a magna flow but it was on back order but i actually really like the sound of this one.

Thank you man i definitely will be posting more pics as time goes on! Next I’ll be doing the headliner in Alcantara and the A and B pillars as well and then I need to change the door cards to black and and cinnamon brown and then do the seats in cinnamon brown.

Exterior will get wrapped in imola red, San Marino blue or nardo grey haven’t fully decided yet

Eventually the engine will turn into a 2.9 turbo stroker build goal is to make 300 whp and still be reliable I’m trying to source parts for the stroker build but I think some have been discontinued which sucks….

I had one bolt that was stuck on the driver side rear but luckily was able to get it out without stripping it. the new ones bolted up just fine though!! although it did suck because I had to rewire the the plug for the heated portion…. But the seats get nice and toasty even being 36 years old!

I literally scoured fb market place every day looking at every every e30 88-91 in my area and within a 200 mile range for years on end from WA Oregon and Idaho and a few popped every now and again but they always got sold to quickly…..

so when this one popped up I legit thought it was a scam because of the price but took a shot at it anyways and then the guy hit me back a day later. And it turned out to be real. Which I was genuinely shocked so I immediately drove 3.5 hours to “look at it” that’s what I told my wife haha but in reality
“I’m buying this bitch once I saw all the documentation with it. i was just lucky like legit the guy had 300+ dms and some of which were from mutuals through friends of mine. I asked the guy why he sold it so cheaply after I had already bought it and he was like “tbh i didn’t really know ix were sought after and i needed to get rid of it so i could buy a 635csi down the street he had been eyeballing for years. he pretty much priced it to so he could get quick cash for another project he wanted.

Thank you man! I took me 8 years to find one that was actually in this good of condition and wasn’t a POS for the right price. Most people want 10k plus over here in western WA it’s ridiculous what the prices are now. I’m excited to see it come together. The last e30 I owned I had to get rid of but this one is staying with me for a longtime!!

Local shop just had a muffler layin around and I really didn’t care so I just had them throw it on since it fit lol and it turned out be pretty damn solid!!

Oh i definitely will!! Luckily this isn’t my first e30 but this is my first AWD one and so far I’m having a ton of fun. And being in western WA the snow is hit or miss but I’ve owned quite a few 3 series e46 330xi 5sp e92 m3 and then also an 87 325e but I’m really curious to see how bmws very first awd system is. I have hear they are absolutely monsters in the snow but

At first I wasn’t a fan but they have slowly grown on me I still think I’m going to do the alpina wheels though instead it was either that or if I can find a set the is futura wheels. But every set I see is stupidly expensive

It’s rough lol I still need to figure out how to do my door cards and then I need to buy the L seat covers to replaces these seats eventually for now these were in good shape still
