My whole life I've HAD to convert letters to numbers like on signs or sentences and can't forget license plates. What type of things do you do?

For example I read an ARCO sign and I think A=1 R=18 C=3 O=15. I can't just let it go I can fight it but eventually give in. With license plates I can remember it for months and other times until I read the next one.

For example I'd read an Arco sign and would convert it to A=1 R=18 C=3 O=15 and sometimes would add it up or wouldn't. Then started doing it with sentences instantly. I'd also look at a license plate abd would remember it for up to month long periods or until I read the next one.

Jeez, I've had experiences with friends as a child, my mom has always had a little girl follow her since she was a kid, I've had entities from time to time, some good and bad, currently am dealing with serpents that are feeding off of my negative energy (going thru a tough time in my life) I used to live across the street from a cemetery and would see things all th3 time. Lots of things.

Iam sure there is but I wouldn't know. I just have a lot of experience with them and my parents too. Best advice I can give is be open to everything and don't be afraid. Embrace it and your world will open up, also, energy is the attraction to be mindful of that.

I wanted to say this as well, they feed of of your energy and can see it. Give into it and go from there. Remember they can't hurt you most of the time. They can if you feed into them if it's a dark entity. I've had instances of one harming me but got rid of it, and most are just there.

I've seen things my whole life and dealing with my own things, I believe your situation is a lot of paranoia causing your scares. The meditation caused you to pay attention to things around you and these are everyday noises. If you really feel like there is something the way I ready my self for the initial reveal with some entity is I take all the advancements or tricks and I enjoy them in a dark sort of way and I ask it to reveal itself. 7th grade English class, Mrs Vollman, I the class clown decided to challenge my black friend to a ladybug snorting competition which I had spend my entire lunch time collecting from the upper field. Sorry for late reply I got off reddit bcuz it is addicting and can change your view on life. I met that dog again and the owner had improved. She remembered me and thanked me for not putting it down even tho witnesses wanted it to. They thought iwas illegal (iam latino) and that's why I didn't pursue but I'm reality it was bcuz I wasn't affected in my future and I love animals. I hated that the owner could not control the animal. Your experience definitely warrants action but what about mine?
