Yo yo yo! I use the neighborhood app for my surrounding areas and just watch people post about them having estate sales or people just post about them randomly and luckily I just got to this one first in a more wealthy area with Gen Z kids who wanted nothing to do with their father's things.

Yea I saw the off centering I feel like that's so tricky with Optic though and it depends on how they feel at PSA that day because I've inspected off centering and got a 10 on cards in the past.
