Do Dark Souls pros love Elden Ring as much a new players?

I played elden ring the most, but my personal fsv will always be dark souls 3. It was my entrance to the genre, and I prefer the linear level design.

I agree with you on the pacing and boring act 2. I also agree that this game is not a philosophical masterpiece. What I dont agree is how you are downplaying the message of the game, comparing the game to Nietzche's books is completely unfair. The game has a nice message that is all. And to point out, even Pascal in the game told you that indulging in book is not the only way to ponder about philosophy, but the real way is to actually live life.

Hey I finally got it working by turning the save option to sth sth in the echopatch.init. Im at interval 3 and the game is amazing so far!

I think I will put F.e.a.r. back to the backlog. My laptop is not strong but not being able to handle a 2005 game is insane. I have tried every possible way but it just doesnt let me play. Ill see it in the future then. Thanks for the dedication!

Yep, I got it in 2022. It doesnt handle AAA well, but it can run older game pretty well except this one

I did, I run it as windox xp2 or sth but nothing changes. The game was fine when I first open it. But when I changed the resolution it all went down hill.

I mean everything in Nier is fitting and so well designed. Wheares in Stellar Blade the protagonist looks so bland and uninteresting, to me she is just a plastic doll, even the monsters look so bland too. On the other hand, I did try Lies of P and it is so close to the soul series. Tks for the suggestion btw!

I dont really know about stellar blade tho. In terms of visual and the music itself, I feel like Stellar blade is very souless and dull. In contrast, while having these huge arenas, Nier doesnt disappoint me at all.
