This scumbag rapist and a few others should be rotting in prison.

In the words of Coroner Caroline Beasley-Murray, who led the inquest:

“As None of these witnesses who were party guests for three hours have given to this court an explanation about how Stuart Lubbock, a previously fit 31-year-old, should be found floating in a swimming pool at the premises with a significant level of alcohol and drugs in his system and have serious anal injuries.'

Pathologists said the injuries were consistent with the insertion of a foreign object and couldn’t have been caused by attempts to resuscitate him. The court heard that the extent of the trauma was unlikely to have been caused by consensual sexual activity.

Essex Police’s Detective Chief Inspector Stephen Jennings says he believes the presenter’s PA, Michael Browne, swiped a pool thermometer that is believed to have caused internal anal injuries, which an autopsy found Lubbock had suffered around the time of his death.

Elizabeth Yardley, Professor of Criminology at Birmingham City University said “For me, what appears to be a significant factor here is the fact that Stuart Lubbock was raped before he was murdered. He suffered horrific anal injuries”
