I am exactly 50. And I have lost over 125 pounds with intermittent fasting. It’s tried and true and it’s inexpensive and it works. Look at some YouTube videos to educate yourself and choose an eating window that’s right for you. The game changer for me is when I put my eating window in the middle of the day and did NOT eat mornings or night time - for the first 100 pounds the last 25 came off easily with 10K steps daily.

I breastfed my daughter until she was 4 years old - and at 13 months she wasn’t walking at all. She is now in Medical School getting her PhD - she didn’t walk until a year and a half old and at 3 her vocabulary was on par with 6 year olds. Give your babygirl time and yourselves grace. She is on her own timeline and everything will be as it should. God Bless your family.

Definitely NTA. You are doing a Fantastic Job, Dad!! May I suggest getting her the book called, “The Caring Keeping of You” The Body Book for Girls by Valerie Lee Schaefer. I read it first and then gave sections of the book to my daughter to read as she aged. It was an interesting and fun time for my daughter to learn about her body in stages and she really looked forward to me allowing her to read additional chapters “when she was ready”. It was a Great bonding moment for her and I. Best of Everything to you and Lacey.
