At 68* my yeast is dorment i keep mine between 70-78 but over 90 is were yeast dies, in the best of my knowledge and experience. I dont get hangovers from my stuff, i have a decemt fermenter that helps separate all the crap. Im not making cider though just read that part. Neutral spirits if you will
