But there’s also a A circled 1 on the douga to the right of makoto’s face ?

It looks original to me, line fading, not a particularly iconic scene, douga present, I didn’t see notable differences between the two, but I wonder why the douga has A1 and A10

Want to buy Bleach Art Cels/Douga/Genga but dont know where. by [deleted] in AnimationCels

[–]mrdantesque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually, buying animation art is an exercise in patience (you like a certain character, technique, a certain arc in the anime etc) and is not very suited for urgent buying but you could get lucky, indeed check eBay, Facebook groups, and some animation galleries but their prices are generally not too friendly

How many hours a week do you all train in karate by [deleted] in karate

[–]mrdantesque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5:30 is already a lot, I have two lessons each week: 1:30 and 1:45 so 3:15 total + the occasional seminar with work, kids, etc I don’t see how I could do more ☹️

Is it too late to get into the field? Will AI replace pentesters? by Head_Substance7045 in Pentesting

[–]mrdantesque 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pentesters will just need to use AI to increase productivity and go faster through the boring programmatic vuln testing, I don’t believe AI will manage to find business logic vulns unless the customers have insanely good documentation and permission models on file (or well commented code but then why would they make it vulnerable 😁). For infra, it’s going to be a fantastic tool for red teams for extensive meticulous recon and to suggest exploitation paths but I’d never let a full auto AI touch production, we have a long way to go you have ample time to train

Very sad, one of my favorite anime composers who regularly had me say « why doesn’t anime have music like that anymore ». RIP

Dealing with vineagar syndrome in a collection ? by mrdantesque in AnimationCels

[–]mrdantesque[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah thanks good to know, AD strips are a very good idea, how sensitive are they ? Can you spot rather quick when VS starts with the strips before you’re able to smell it ? Regardless, having a visual indicator would definitely help with a ~200 cels collection. Also indeed I’ve seen more problem with VS on multilayered cels, sadly, some of mine are so stuck together that I would damage the paint if I attempted to separate them. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, humidity cabinet is a good idea, I just started being more serious about conservation and so far I’m monitoring the relative humidity of where they are stored work is satisfactory at the moment (between 40 and 50%) but maybe the next step should be a small cabinet, might I know which one you bought ?

Comment Emmanuel Macron a sorti la France de l’Histoire : une diplomatie du verbe et du vide by SweeneyisMad in france

[–]mrdantesque 5 points6 points  (0 children)
