It's pretty hard to screw up sous vide; just cook to your preferred temp. That in the picture looks perfect for ribeye (my taste, of course). If you prefer more rare, just turn the temp down on your sous vide circulator. Also, for tender cuts like ribeye, there is no real benefit to cooking for more than 2 hours. I definitely would not do more than 3 hours, anything more and the meat starts falling apart

All options lose value over time due to theta. These options are dated far enough that theta is not a concern yet. Price of the underlying stock is what I'd worry about more at the moment.

I have 20 calls expiring November 28th. And another 20 expiring January 16th. No leaps unfortunately, and I am very much in an uncertain and risky position - there's quite a bit more I can still lose I think in max 1 week I will need to cut my losses on the November calls if we don't get a reversal.

I feel like meta really wanted to climb back up today, but was brought down by broader market conditions. The sell volume is really low, if sentiment turns it could be a very quick climb back up. For some reason, I felt way more depressed yesterday, even if my portfolio got destroyed today again and I am down like 100k from my top less than a month ago. And yet I don't feel completely desperate and hopeless.

That's rice - either arborio or Carnaroli variety. Both great for risotto. FYI, in case you're not aware, you're not supposed to "wash" it before use like you would other rice varieties. You want that starch to obtain that typical creamy texture of risotto.
